JTHA 2025 Annual Meeting Announcement

Join the 2025 Annual Meeting for the Joshua Tree Highlands Association! We are excited to come together this year, virtually (via Zoom) on Sunday, June 1st, 2025 at 10AM PT. 

Before the Annual Meeting:

1. Please renew membership. Please submit your dues ASAP. Our roads are in need of maintenance for daily use and during emergencies. Suggested dues are $100 per year per parcel. If you are able this year, consider making a larger contribution. Nearly 100% goes to roads. We receive no funding by the county and funds consistently fall short of our road work needs. Options for submitting dues / contributing to road funds (Zelle & by check preferred due to fees) can be found here: https://www.jtha.org/join

Please renew or join by the annual so we have updated figures to share during our primary membership drive (however contributing to the association for road work is welcome all year).
   

2. Complete the 2025 Community Survey. Please also complete (the very short) community survey. Even if you have completed the survey in the past, we ask that you complete it this (and every) year. It lets us know what our community’s priorities are, and includes new questions based on changing community requests. This year, for example, we are asking for resident/owner interest in joining the board and interest in participating in phone-tree or similar neighborhood disaster response/mutual aid communications.
